Excellent post!
Fish do love treats for sure. You can always by special food and feed your koi and goldfish different things once in a while. Would you like eating the same thing everyday over and over? Definitely not! On top of that every food has different nutrional value and vitamins. For us when we lack protein we get kind of lazy or slow, our body feels it and when we eat protein value foods it gives us more energy and we feel better. Goldfish and koi are no different and feeding them treats are always suggested and encouraged. Also try feeding them pieces of lettuce, strawberries, peas and when you find some worms around you backyard feed them to your goldfish and koi. They’ll love it!
Great post and blog!
